We did it! Words cannot describe this feeling of accomplishment after completing your 8 Day Detox! Before starting the program, I was a little worried about my performance during the detox period being new and all to any type of cleansing. But to my surprise, these 8 days were a breeze! I've been in the Marines for 15 years so have eaten some rather unhealthy food and had some constipation issues especially while in Iraq. I had been reading about the benefits of colon hydrotherapy then my girlfriend who is also a client here suggested that I do at least one session. I thought because I had a bowel movement this morning, nothing would be coming out. I was amazed at what I had stored in my colon. I was releasing material from my colon the whole session! I feel great! My abdomen is less distended and I lost 2 1/2 pounds.

I came in with a headache which began the previous day. I had a full week-end of studying ahead of me and wondered how I was going to do that with a pounding headache. One half hour after the Lymphatic Therapy session my headache was gone and I had a good week-end with a clear head and no headaches. That was amazing how quickly that worked.
